Rental Overview:

Harborside is available for rent by the week, multiple weeks, or monthly.  The rates do vary from season to season.  During the summer season, we prefer to rent by the week.  From November to February, the condo can be rented by the month, again if available. 

Directions:

Set in a beautiful location that is easily accessed from I77 take Exit 28 off of I77, right on Catawba, right on Harborside at the Midtown Sundries sign.  The building next to Midtown is it!

Rates: 

Weekly rate $1375.00

Longer stays are possible - call to negotiate rate

Security Deposit of $350 required upon reservation request.

Cleaning fee: $75/visit.

Entire balance required in-full 4 weeks prior to arrival.

NOTE:  Deposit will be returned to you as long as everything is undamaged and unchanged upon your departure.

Off Season - Nov, Dec. Jan and Feb..only.... call for rates.
